Cyber Defense Group update

The Arkansas Army National Guard published Sources Sought notice W912JF27 on October 28, 2026, seeking qualified small-business input on potential dining-facility services at the Regional Training Institute, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The response package must show active SAM registration, CAGE code, UEI and SBA small-business size status, plus a brief capabilities statement of no more than five pages. SAM classifies the notice under NAICS 722310, Food Service Contractors, and lists a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

For opportunity qualification and capture, the operating model matters. The reference performance work statement covers meal planning, cooking, serving, cleaning and field-meal support. Relevant experience, staffing, food supply arrangements and service continuity should connect to that scope before a firm decides whether to pursue the opportunity or seek teammates.

The attached 32-page PWS is dated May 26, 2022 and comes from the current contract. The notice says it may change before solicitation release. Its old start date, historical meal estimates and option structure are not confirmed terms for a new procurement. The notice also flags wage-determination and Randolph-Sheppard Act considerations.

Responses are due December 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CST, as published in SAM. This is market research, not a request for quotations, a request for proposals or a commitment to award.
